Our Strategic Plan 2022-2025

Greetings North Marion School District Community,

We are proud to share with you the framework for the North Marion School District Strategic Plan that will guide our work together over the next three years.  Our Mission Statement, "North Marion, learning together to cultivate lifelong growth," was conceived with thoughtful processing by teams of stakeholders from across the region and with input and feedback from throughout our school community.  Our North Marion Strategic Plan describes our collective vision, values, and goals and maps out a dynamic plan for achieving them.  We look forward to sharing our progress over time and for your continued engagement and partnership in supporting the children in the North Marion School District.
