The Oregon Integrated Plan is a strategic initiative by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) designed to streamline and align multiple state-funded education programs into a cohesive framework for school districts.

By integrating these programs, the state aims to reduce administrative burdens, eliminate redundancies, and foster a more holistic approach to educational planning and resource allocation.

The primary objectives of the Oregon Integrated Plan are to:

  1. Enhance Educational Equity: Ensure that all students, regardless of background, have access to quality education and support services.

  2. Promote Strategic Resource Use: Encourage districts to allocate funds effectively to areas with the greatest impact on student outcomes.

  3. Foster Community Engagement: Involve families, educators, and community members in the planning process to reflect local needs and priorities.

  4. Support Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

This integrated approach is part of Oregon's broader commitment to improving student success statewide by creating a more efficient and responsive educational system.

On September 15, 2025 an update and annual report on our progress towards meeting system wide goals was presented to the North Marion School Board.  Below you can find a link to that report.
