The Oregon Integrated Plan is a strategic initiative by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) designed to streamline and align multiple state-funded education programs into a cohesive framework for school districts.
By integrating these programs, the state aims to reduce administrative burdens, eliminate redundancies, and foster a more holistic approach to educational planning and resource allocation.
The primary objectives of the Oregon Integrated Plan are to:
Enhance Educational Equity: Ensure that all students, regardless of background, have access to quality education and support services.
Promote Strategic Resource Use: Encourage districts to allocate funds effectively to areas with the greatest impact on student outcomes.
Foster Community Engagement: Involve families, educators, and community members in the planning process to reflect local needs and priorities.
Support Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
This integrated approach is part of Oregon's broader commitment to improving student success statewide by creating a more efficient and responsive educational system.
