Welcome, North Marion School District employees!
This is our wellness page with lots of resources for you to improve your wellness. Please take advantage of these resources, as needed now and in the future.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been a difficult time for many people. Stress levels are high as we navigate work, school, and family life. Adjusting to social distancing, working from home, loss of jobs for spouses/family members, financial hardships, concerns over exposure to COVID-19 for those at high risk, concerns over loved ones with COVID-19, and loss of loved ones to COVID-19 all take their toll on our wellness.
Having a wellness program to access professional help and resources can make a big difference. Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) has partnered with MODA and Kaiser Permanente to offer a number of free Wellness programs and resources available to members.
Wellness needs and goals look different for each person, so there is no one-fits-all wellness program. OEBB has evaluated tools and resources. OEBB's goal is to improve the overall health and wellness of members by providing resources, benefits, and programs that promote healthy behaviors and assist with managing chronic conditions.
OEBB Wellness Page: MODA Health Wellness Programs and Kaiser Health Wellness Programs both cover chronic disease management, depression and stress management, diabetes prevention and management, diet and exercise, health assessment, sleep management, tobacco cessation, and weight management.
