The North Marion community, including Superintendent Ginger Redlinger, prioritizes story time because reading to children encourages them to become readers.

Redlinger stopped by Intermediate School Teacher Tami Esmay's class on Sept. 12 to share a thrilling tale about Pete the Cat with students, including (from left to right): third-grader James Coleman, fourth-grader Gael Payan Zuriaga, and third-grader Uriel Rivera Cruz.
