ESSER Funding Plan Guide

On March 11, 2021, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021.

The ARP Act includes nearly $122 billion for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency relief (ESSER III) Fund.  This federal relief funding is a significant opportunity for Oregon to provide support recovery from impacts of the pandemic and accelerate student achievement; to address student needs; and to emerge stronger post-pandemic.

North Marion School District has submitted their plan with other related data collections and expenditure summary for a Safe Return to In-Person Instruction & Continuity of Services.  See NMSD ESSER III Integrated Plan here.

Update July 29, 2022:  The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) has reformatted the district’s ESSER III IPT.  The IPT was reformatted to allow ODE to analyze the IPTs more easily, align to state and federal policies, and to best align our district’s activities to federal spending categories.  The updated ESSER III plan is available to the public for review and input.  To access, please see NMSD ESSER III Integrated Plan Yr2 here
