Meet Family Outreach Advocate Rafael Pelaez. When he's not reaching out to families, he's translating materials for the School District staff or lending a helping hand wherever there is a need. Plus, he's a coach, a great one. Pelaez, the North Marion varsity boys soccer coach, was selected the 2018 4A State Boys Soccer Coach of the Year.
